Welcome to Nexbound Studio. By using our website (nexboundstudio.com) or hiring us for any service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Our Services

Nexbound Studio provides business consultation, branding, graphic design, animation, stationery design, web and app development, SaaS and CRM solutions, social media marketing, SEO/AEO, lead development, subscription plans and production services. The exact scope, deliverables and timeline of each project will be defined in a written proposal, quote or agreement.

2. Quotes and Proposals

All quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Any work outside the agreed scope will be treated as additional work and billed separately after your approval.

3. Payments

• Projects require a 50% advance payment before work begins, with the remaining balance due before final delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Subscription plans are billed monthly in advance.
• Late payments may result in paused work or delayed delivery.
• All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.

4. Third-Party Costs

Costs such as domain names, hosting, premium plugins, stock images, fonts, software licenses and advertising budgets (for example Google Ads or Meta Ads) are not included in our fees unless clearly stated, and are the client’s responsibility.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information, content and materials on time
• Give timely feedback and approvals
• Ensure you have the rights to any content, images or materials you provide to us

Delays in providing content or feedback may extend project timelines.

6. Revisions

Each project or package includes a set number of revisions as stated in your proposal. Additional revisions or changes after approval may be charged separately.

7. Project Timelines

We aim to meet all agreed deadlines. Timelines are estimates and may change due to scope changes, delayed feedback or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Intellectual Property

• Once full payment is received, ownership of the final approved deliverables transfers to the client.
• Until full payment is made, all work remains the property of Nexbound Studio.
• Third-party assets such as stock images, fonts and plugins remain subject to their own licenses.
• We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

9. Subscriptions and Cancellation

• Subscription plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract.
• You may cancel or pause your subscription anytime with at least 7 days’ notice before your next billing date.
• Payments already made for the current billing cycle are non-refundable.

10. Refund Policy

• Advance payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
• If a project is cancelled before work starts, a refund may be issued minus any administrative costs.
• Refunds are not provided for completed and delivered work.

11. No Guarantee of Results

While we use proven strategies and industry best practices, we cannot guarantee specific results such as search rankings, website traffic, social media followers, leads or sales, as these depend on factors outside our control.

12. Confidentiality

We keep all client information, business details and project materials confidential and will not share them with third parties except as required to deliver our services or by law.

13. Limitation of Liability

Nexbound Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

14. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. The client agrees to pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.

15. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, or copy, reproduce or distribute our content without permission.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Maryland.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
